Orphans living with HIV/AIDS: Government promises new homes but workers remain doubtful

An estimated 2 million HIV orphans live in poverty and without famliy ties. They are born stigmatised. The lucky few are taken in by homes like the NAZ Foundation, featured in this video. In July 2008, the Government of India promised to fund ten new orphanages. Most say these pledges are unlikely to materialise.
